Downloading the SureMark Enterprise App

Steps to Download:

1. From your iPhone, navigate to our TestFlight instance; you will be prompted to download the Apple TestFlight app
2. After downloading the Apple TestFlight app, use the TestFlight link again to install the SureMark Enterprise app

Testing your app:

The primary functions will be found in the Challenge and Response tabs. The features in the More tab are under development.

Sending a Challenge: Navigate to the Challenge tab and search for an available user

• To simulate a SureCircle, SureMark employees are listed as "x.[first name][last name]" so just type x in the search bar to find SureMark users
• A Challenge will be delivered when the user is online next. They must be online before a Challenge can be delivered to them.

Receiving a Challenge: Click the Response tab, enter your email, connect to your organization or enter the one-time password sent to your email, and then proceed to go "online." You are now ready to receive identity challenges.

• The TestFlight app points to our "testing" environment, not the live "production" environment so none of the information included will be on the public registry 
• Once you've downloaded the SureMark mobile app, please reach out to the tenant admin (jordan.gutt@suremark.digital) to be added to the organization
