Adding
New executives, gatekeepers, and key external contacts get SureMark Credentials as part of onboarding. Never add based solely on an email or phone request. IT Admins manage tenant-level membership via the admin console.
Updating
When roles change, update Circle tier and affected employees. Credentials are reviewed quarterly.
Removing
When someone departs or a vendor relationship ends, eject their credential from all Circles immediately—not at quarter-end. Suspension (temporary disable) is available for LOA or investigation.
Auditing
Department heads review Circle membership quarterly. Results go to the CISO’s office.
Drilling
Quarterly simulated vishing exercises test the challenge reflex, mirroring phishing simulation programs.
