These are mandatory, not discretionary:
- No financial action shall be authorized solely on the basis of a phone call or video meeting, regardless of the apparent identity of the requestor.
- SureCircle verification is mandatory for all transactions above $[threshold] and all vendor payment-routing changes.
Helpdesk personnel may never reset credentials or grant access based on an inbound call without SureCircle verification. - Vendor payment-account changes require SureCircle-verified callback plus secondary email confirmation to a pre-registered address.
- Refusal to complete a SureCircle challenge shall be treated as a presumptive indicator of impersonation and shall trigger immediate escalation.
- No employee shall face disciplinary action for delaying a request in order to complete identity verification.
